What makes a community unique? And how do you capture that energy, to share it with people who haven’t experienced it first hand?

That was the driving purpose behind our latest partnership with SLATE, to help brand their neighbourhood at Yonge + St. Clair.

We collaborated with Toronto artist Lucas Young to create designs that reflected the distinct spirit of the neighbourhood, and reached out to local screen printing collective The Baitshop to bring those designs to life.

Starting with an opening party on September 21st, we’re creating a truly one of a kind pop up shop experience at Yonge + St. Clair in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.

Customers can choose their Lucas Young design and watch as The Baitshop custom prints it for them live on site, showcasing the vibrant, youthful, and fast paced vitality that makes the neighbourhood one of a kind – just like the shirts each customer will walk away with.
