A repeat client came to us with a very challenging project and high expectations. They had a property in the heart of the Toronto financial district, with plans for a massive residential condo. It was a tall order.
We went beyond advertising & design. By adjusting the target, the product itself and the attitude, we honed in on a narrative that put a bulls-eye on the young, male, upwardly mobile, Bay Street type. Options for vodka fridges, no stoves, swanky suit closets – for that uber eat out, play hard, successful guy.
We rewrote the book on downtown Condo living.
