Account Supervisor

Position: Full-Time, Hybrid

Blackjet, a boutique branding & creative consultancy, is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Account Supervisor for our Toronto office, to work on the Place Branding Team which includes real estate development, retail, branding, and tourism clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about the marketing and creative industry and has an understanding of all facets of a successful marketing campaign, from planning through launch and beyond. They are a strategic thinker, developing strong client relationships and overseeing their day-to-day needs and will build a team to manage their business. The ideal candidate will be a decision-making, problem-solving, timeline, and budget master.


  • Ability to manage, and begin to lead, the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts
  • Become a trusted advisor and acquire in-depth knowledge of clients’ business (key issues, competitive landscape and industry trends).
  • Effectively plan and organize the work of you and your team – handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively
  • Prepare accurate and timely internal and external communication: creative briefs, job initiation forms, change orders, timelines, scopes of work, contact reports, budget tracking documents.
  • Provide a model for project leadership – prepared and pro-active, thorough and accurate
  • Assist in the development of organic new business initiatives and client growth plans
  • Effectively balance client and agency needs and expectations.
  • Plan and execute roll-out of campaigns and projects.
  • Track and accurately complete monthly client Billings.
  • Assist the VP of Client Services with forecasting, team management, process and new business as required.
  • Lead and grow an Account Coordinator
